Terms of sale
These terms apply to every purchase of Dental Fit Right.
1. Who we are. Dental Fit Right is a trading name of Pennington Dental Care Ltd, company number 07079845, registered office 37 High Street, Kenilworth, CV8 1LY. Contact: drfuz@penningtondental.co.uk.
2. What you are buying. Digital products in PDF format, delivered as download links through our checkout provider, Payhip, straight after payment. Nothing is posted to you. Which files you receive is listed on each product page and on your download page. Payhip's own terms (payhip.com/terms) and privacy policy (payhip.com/privacy) also apply to your use of its checkout.
3. Prices. Prices are in pounds sterling and shown at checkout. No VAT is charged on purchases.
4. Your licence. One purchase is a licence for one dentist. You may read the files on your devices and print them for your own use at work. You may not share, forward, resell, upload or post them, or copy them for other clinicians, without our written permission.
5. What the material is. Dental Fit Right is an educational reference for dental professionals. It reflects the author's clinical opinion and paraphrases manufacturers' instructions for use (IFU) as at the date shown on each document. It does not replace the current IFU for the product in your hand, local regulations or your own clinical judgement. Manufacturers change their products and instructions, so always check the current IFU. You remain responsible for your clinical decisions.
6. Problems with your files. If a file will not open or is missing, email us and we will replace it.
7. Our responsibility. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for any product is limited to the price you paid for it.
8. Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless your own consumer rights give you the right to use the courts where you live.
9. Changes. We may update these terms. The version in force when you buy is the one that applies to your purchase.
Refund policy
Thirty days, no forms.
30-day money-back guarantee. If Dental Fit Right is not useful to you at the chair, email drfuz@penningtondental.co.uk within 30 days of buying and we will refund you in full. No forms and no questions. Refunds go back to the original payment method and normally take 5 to 10 working days to show.
Your legal rights. The guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights, which are not affected. If you are buying as a consumer, you normally have 14 days to cancel a contract. For digital content, that right ends once you start downloading, because you ask us to supply it straight away. The 30-day guarantee still applies after you have downloaded.
Privacy notice
How we handle your personal data when you buy from us.

What we collect. Your name, email address, billing country, order details and, if you write to us, what you tell us. Your card details are handled by our payment providers and never reach us.
Why we use it, and our legal basis.
- To supply what you bought, send your receipt and download links, and give support (contract).
- To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
- To prevent fraud and misuse, and to answer queries (legitimate interests).
- To email you about new products or offers only if you tick the box to agree, and you can withdraw at any time (consent).
Who we share it with. Payhip (our checkout and delivery provider), the payment processor you choose at checkout (such as PayPal or Stripe), our email provider and our accountants. We do not sell your data. Payhip is a separate controller of the data it collects at checkout; its privacy policy is at payhip.com/privacy. Payhip says it stores data on secure servers in the EU, and that any supplier that moves data outside the EEA does so under European Commission approved contracts. Our other providers use recognised transfer safeguards where data leaves the UK, such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
How long we keep it. Order and accounting records for 6 years, as tax law requires. Payhip keeps its own checkout records for longer (up to 10 years, for VAT purposes), as its privacy policy explains. Support emails for 2 years. Marketing details until you unsubscribe.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to how we use it, or ask for a copy, by emailing drfuz@penningtondental.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies. The checkout and store pages are run by Payhip, which uses cookies to run the cart and checkout. See Payhip's privacy and cookies policy at payhip.com/privacy for details.
